Jonathan’s background as a tax and real estate attorney and 10-year bay area resident enable him to provide exceptional service to his clients. Jonathan transitioned from law into real estate in 2008 and has been a Top Producer at Vanguard Properties ever since. Jonathan specializes in the listing and sales of new construction condominium buildings and TIC-conversion projects. In the past four years alone, Jonathan has personally handled the sale of over 90 such units. Jonathan’s legal background enables him to work closely and manage the legal paperwork with Title Company’s Subdivision departments, the City and County of San Francisco, condominium and land use attorneys, budget preparers&DRE deputies to assist in the issuance of the final documentation (Public Report) required to sell new and converted developments.

In addition, Jonathan’s legal expertise makes him comfortable with all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting and interpretation. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, Jonathan will use his strong negotiation skills to get you the best price on your home or investment property.

Jonathan was born and raised in Santa Monica, California and earned a Bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley in Art History before going on to earn his Juris Doctorate at U.C. Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the Law Review. Jonathan is a homeowner in San Francisco’s Mission Dolores district and is active in the San Francisco nonprofit community.
